Terms & Conditions
ZION MEDIA LLC – TERMS & CONDITIONS
By hiring Zion Media LLC (“Company”) for LiDAR scanning, 3D mapping, media, photography, videography, or related services, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
Zion Media LLC agrees to provide services as outlined in the agreed proposal, invoice, estimate, or written communication. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
2. Access & Site Responsibility
The Client is responsible for ensuring safe and legal access to the property or site at the scheduled time. Zion Media LLC is not responsible for delays, incomplete scans, or reduced quality caused by inaccessible areas, obstructions, weather, poor lighting, unsafe conditions, occupants, or restricted access.
3. Accuracy & Intended Use
LiDAR scans, 3D models, measurements, maps, imagery, and deliverables are provided for marketing, visualization, documentation, and general reference purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Zion Media LLC does not guarantee engineering, architectural, surveying, or legal-grade accuracy and is not liable for decisions made using provided deliverables.
4. Client Approval & Responsibility
The Client is responsible for reviewing all deliverables upon receipt and notifying Zion Media LLC of any concerns within 7 days. After approval or use of deliverables, services shall be considered accepted.
5. Payment
Payment terms are due as stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Zion Media LLC reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until payment is received.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits, if paid, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Zion Media LLC reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Zion Media LLC retains ownership of all original media, scans, files, and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use final deliverables for their intended business or personal purposes. Resale, redistribution, or modification for commercial resale is prohibited without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Zion Media LLC’s total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific project. Zion Media LLC shall not be responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, project delays, or third-party claims.
9. Force Majeure
Zion Media LLC is not liable for delays or inability to perform due to weather, acts of God, equipment failure, government restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
By booking services with Zion Media LLC, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
